Carl Newton has more than 40 years experience working within engineering groups at both large and small companies.  He moved into regulatory compliance and validation testing after four years working within design.

He was introduced to the world of regulatory compliance and validation testing starting in 1985 during his years with the sophisticated Bell Northern Research Product Integrity Department, a division of Bell Canada at the time, and has continued working as a professional compliance engineer\engineering manager\consultant ever since.

Carl understands both worlds.  He has experienced the types of challenges that designers and project managers must face.  This experience lends itself to a solid relationship of mutual respect between the designer\project manager and compliance engineer.
